Your front line is composed of your dismounted latinkon, behind them are the archers and behind them your general + the trebuchets. On the flanks place your varangian gaurd and your heavy cavalry. Your bombards can be placed wherever as these are mainly here in case yoou eneter a siege.

Your vandariotai will go around the enemy and kill their artillery early in the battle. Leaving them open to the onslaught of your trebechets and bombards. Let them approach you under the archer fire and once engaged flank with all your awesome axemen and cavalry. simple win, i have never lost a battle using this army and this tactic.
