At first this army could seem to be ridiculous but I used it in my campaign field battles and beat everyone including mighty mongols (I must admit that they were quite weakened by the time i had a chance to engage them). I even managed to get this same army with golden chevrons (called a lot of jihads).
When I use this army, i sometimes split it to two seperate groups and attack to both enemy's flanks at a time. When his flanks start fleeing (don't bother capturing all of them) i concentrate all the units to attacking the centre.
Another way of using this army is simply attacking only one of the enemy's flanks. Actually I have noticed that this works better than the prevous one because then your units aren't spreaded all over the battlefield.
Two weaknesses this army has are these: 1) If your enemy has a lot of spearmen units in his army don't engage in melee battle for a long time. Better try to charge him several times. 2) Be careful and watch your units. Don't let them engage enemy in one-on-one battles and don't allow to any of the units seperate from your army as enemy could try to engage them then with two or even more units.
